Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup unflavored pea protein powder, or whey protein
  • 1 medium very ripe banana
  • 2 baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • lots of ice
  • sweetener of choice, optional
