These homemade coconut popsicles are rich, creamy, and super simple to make! They’re the perfect summertime refresher.
Ingredients
- 12 ounce can fat-free evaporated milk
- 14 ounce can light coconut milk
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons coconut extract
- cinnamon, to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour into freezer molds.
- Freeze and Enjoy!!
